Meet Jeffery
Jeffery McMillan is an experienced project manager in the oil and industrial sectors, who has made the journey from apprentice to superintendent. He has tackled significant projects, including the Arco Refinery in Texas. Because of a family background in electrical work, his love for the field remains strong. Jeffery cherishes the challenges and rewards of his career, focusing on project completion, relationship building, and safety.
Jeff has served as a project manager and lead electrical superintendent for several oil and gas projects. In these roles, he oversaw all I & E operations and staff, project scheduling, production, QA/QC, doc controls, budgeting, manpower, and material control. He also installed underground duct banks, cable tray systems, skid installs, and all above ground conduit and cabling. He conducted terminating and testing for all instrument panels and devices, as well as start up and commissioning support. Additionally, he managed I&E in the brownfield portion of a refinery and all temporary power for the facility MCC buildings.
He places great importance on guiding and supporting others in their careers and values teamwork and interpersonal skills. Jeffery's personal growth is rooted in open-mindedness, and he draws inspiration from his grandfather.
Beyond work, he enjoys the mountains, Ozzy Osbourne's music, steak, and has a preference for cinnamon. He's also known to have a soft spot for Chicken and Dumplings, and in his free time, he's a music enthusiast, a driver, and a movie fan who values family and has a connection to St. Jude
